Our DMQ fittings were designed by the best engineers in such a way as to get the best connection between the adapter and the ferrule with the hydraulic hose. A better joint significantly improves the life of the assembled hoses, thus lowering the costs of servicing hydraulic systems.
In our factory laboratories we have tested numerous assembled hoses made not only based on the DMQ but also on standard fittings. The results of these tests show that the assembled hoses with the DMQ fittings significantly exceed pressure parameters of the other hoses. This is confirmed by our partners’ opinions.
Additionally, being part of the DMQ system, the “U5000” series ferrules are characterized by versatility of use for all 1- and 2-braided hoses while complying with ISO standards. It allows our partners to reduce the number of items on stock and optimize the process of storing, while saving time and reducing costs.
Our DMQ ferrules and adapters have a number of unique solutions that exceed other standard solutions. These include:
- an optimized latch that eliminates reciprocal movement of the ferrule and the adapter
- modified internal retaining ring for accurate and leak-proof hose positioning
- profiling the back of the ferrule for better hose support
- an optimized number of teeth with a modified profile to reduce unwanted stress
- longer ferrule for better pressure distribution
- comfortable insert section of the hose
- body adapter with a shape that minimizes the influence of impact pressure
- micro-grooves improving the seal at the point of contact with the hose
- T-cross-section of the plastic adapter gasket, eliminating the risk of its cracking during crimping
Standard DMQ fittings are made of galvanized steel, but we also offer zinc-nickel and stainless steel versions.
