Rubber sheets have a wide range of applications. They are mainly intended for manufacturing washers and seals.
Depending on an application, our rubber sheets are made of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR) chloroprene rubber (CR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), isoprene rubber (IR) and thems mixtures.
We produce rubber sheeting by presses and rotary curing machines which allow us to provide it in roll and sheets in thickness from 1 to 50 millimeters. Available also with 1 or 2 interlayers which provide higher tear resistance. Rubber sheets could be produced with a smooth or rough surface (made by textile imprint) for better adhesive properties.
