Meeting the expectations of our partners resulted in creating hoses that exceed the basic and standard requirements.
- Hoses with increased flexibility
This category includes R16, R17, EH111 and EH221 hoses. They are characterized by much smaller minimum bend radius compared to traditional hydraulic hoses. The hoses of the EH series additionally outperform standard types in pressure parameters.
- Hoses with increased pressure parameters
This group includes hoses EH221, EUROPULSE, HP 700 and three braided 3SP, which are equivalent to 4 SP hoses. HP700 hoses are isobaric, which means that each diameter is designed for the same working pressure, in this case 700 bar.
- Hoses with extended working temperature range
These hoses are made of materials resistant to high and/or low operating temperatures. For the lowest working temperatures we propose HOSE SIBERIA -50 °C.
For the highest temperatures we propose our jet washer collection – EUROWASH 150-160 ° C hoses.
- Flame retardant and antistatic hoses for mining industry
These hoses are marked with the symbol “TA” and “MSHA”. They meet the requirements of the most restrictive industries, where safety standards are set at the highest level.
- Abrasion Resistant Hoses
If requested, our hoses can be covered by the Black Diamond coating made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Extremely high durability and resistance to abrasion results in growing popularity of this solution.
