{"id":3021,"date":"2018-12-17T13:22:21","date_gmt":"2018-12-17T12:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serwer26794.lh.pl\/produkt\/3-sp-ta-msha\/"},"modified":"2023-03-14T14:38:10","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T13:38:10","slug":"3-sp-msha","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/stomil-bydgoszcz.pl\/en\/produkt\/3-sp-msha\/","title":{"rendered":"3 SP MSHA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These flame retardant and antistatic hoses are equivalent to 4SP hoses produced according to EN 856.<\/p>\n<p>They are characterized by very high working pressures and definitely greater flexibility then 4SP hoses, which makes them extremely comfortable to apply to tight spaces.<\/p>\n<p>These MSHA approved hoses are designed for power and run-off installations of machines and devices operating under high pressure in underground mines with methane and coal dust explosion hazard.<\/p>\n<p>They may be used for:<br \/>\n\u2013 hydraulic liquids in accordance with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40\u00b0C to +100\u00b0C),<br \/>\n\u2013 water solutions (from -40\u00b0C to +70\u00b0C),<br \/>\n\u2013 water (from 0\u00b0C to +70\u00b0C),<br \/>\n\u2013 compressed air (from 0\u00b0C to +80\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>These hoses are not suitable for liquids containing castor oil and esters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working pressures<br \/>\n<\/strong>From 210 to 420 bar depending on diameter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating temperature<br \/>\n<\/strong>From -40\u00b0C to +100\u00b0C<br \/>\nBriefly to +125\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSTRUCTION<br \/>\n<\/strong>According to Stomil\u2019s design ZN-5\/13\/BZPG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inner tube<\/strong><br \/>\nOil and water-resistant black synthetic rubber.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reinforcement<\/strong><br \/>\nThree braids of high tensile steel wire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cover<\/strong><br \/>\nFlame retardant, antistatic, abrasion, oil, weather and ozone resistant black synthetic rubber.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MSHA approval confirming the use of hoses in underground mines.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APPLICATION These flame retardant and antistatic hoses are equivalent to 4SP hoses produced according to EN 856.
